Justification: She left her kids alone so she can travel to Africa to get married.

STORY

Authorities Arrest Mom Who Left Kids Alone to Travel to Africa to Get Married

HOUSTON —
A mother was behind bars on Wednesday after authorities say she left her six children home alone while she traveled to Africa to marry a man she met on the Internet.

Shanell Monique Mosley, 33, was arrested at a Houston airport when she returned, charged with child endangerment and child abandonment for leaving the children in poor conditions. Two other children who are neighbors were also at the home.

Mosley made her first court appearance Wednesday. She has a $275,000 bail.

Child welfare officials contacted Mosley to notify her that her children were in CPS custody and she faced charges, but she hung up, said John Jordan, a Harris County prosecutor.

"It appears that she continued with her honeymoon while her kids had been in CPS custody," Jordan said.

Mosley claims her sister was supposed to watch the kids during her absence.

"I didn't just leave my kids, if that's what you think," Mosley said. "This trip was pre-planned for a year."

Child welfare officials were reviewing the case while the children remained in foster homes, said Estella Olguin, a spokeswoman for Child Protective Services.

Lt. John Legg, a spokesman for the Harris County Sheriff's Office, said they found the home in poor condition.

"We don't know what would have happened had we not responded," Legg said.

Authorities found the children alone in the house in early January and investigated Mosley's whereabouts, learning she had traveled to Nigeria.

When she left for Nigeria on Dec. 31, Mosley told her 15-year-old daughter she would return in a month, child welfare officials said.

"I left money in my closet," Mosley said. "I gave one of my children three ATM cards."

Assistant Harris County District Attorney John Jordan said investigators have learned Mosley's six children were starving and her older children could not recall their own birth dates.

Mosley's children are 1, 7, 8, 9, 15 and 16, Jordan said. The other two children found in the home were 3- and 4-year-olds the family cared for on behalf of a single father who worked, Jordan said.

Mosley left a Lone Star food card, but officials said it had no monetary balance.

The 9-year-old son told authorities he and the baby ate a still-frozen pizza for breakfast the morning they were discovered home alone. There were no diapers, baby food or formula for the infant, no sheets on beds and fruit was rotting in a basket, Jordan said.

Robocop's Comment:

That groom must have been one HELL of a piece of ass. Ms. Mosley needs to have an involuntary hysterectomy so she cannot produce more innocent children to endanger. For violating the trust of a child to a parent, Ms. Mosley richly deserves the title "Douche Of The Week."

Crash Dummies For "The Cause" 01.28.08

Ok, let's highlight what these wonderful human beings support:

>Communism- Yeah, that was a great idea. Stalin was such a wonderful guy. China is such a good friend.

>Che Guevara- He's dead. Get over it! This saint was Castro's supreme prosecutor, who was in charge of the trials and executions of hundreds.

>Palastine- Yup. Those same people who CELEBRATED 9/11.

>"Support Iraqi Resistance"- Translated: It's cool to kill US and Allied troops, and to murder hostages.

>Down with Evil Capitalism- Gee, I am surprised by that statement. This computer is a product of Capitalism.

>"We Are All Palastinian"- Was that a sick joke, or a product of drug usage?

> "9/11 Truth Now"- Well, let's see, we were attacked by a group of Islamic terrorists.

> "I Love NY- Even more without the World Trade Center"- Yes, the towers spoiled your view of Central Park, not to mention all of those people.

>"Death To America"- No thanks.

>"Smash The Jewish State"- try asking the Egyptians, Jordanians, Syrians, Iraqis, Palastinians, Lebenese, etc...

>"The Left Will Rise"- The '60's are DEAD.

>"**** Middle America"- What, no drink, dance, flowers, not even a call?

>"Queers For Palastine"- You bet you are.

>And no Libtard party is complete without a flag burning.

THIS is what Liberalism has evolved to. THIS is what they support. THIS is what we must fight.

Robocop's Got Issues

Here is my basic stance on the general issues that people argue about:

Gun Control- To me, gun control is the ability to hit your target. Similar to the Vermont theory, I support the belief that the government does not have the legal power to limit/disarm the law abiding citizen, or limit the arms he can bear as outlined by the Bill Of Rights. I believe the Second Amendment was placed there as an insurance policy for the other Amendments of the US Constitution.

The War On Terror- Even though it did not start out that way, I believe the Iraqi and Afgan campaigns are now related to the War On Terror. Our soldiers are fighting the same people on both fronts. Our foreign and domestic enemies would benefit if we lost either front. The effect of a cut and run policy to our warriors would be devastating.

Taxes and Spending- We currently have a tax on almost EVERY aspect of our lives, and even a death tax the follows the end of our lives. I am not happy about supporting the lavish lifestyles of our politicians, while they call for more of my money in the name of "helping the people", when I know what the reality of their spending is. If we are short on money, perhaps foreign aid, supporting illegal immigrants, and irrelevant pork programs should bear the sacrificial sword.

Abortion- I am split on this issue. Religiously, I believe it is murder. On the other hand, my life experience has determined that the world would be better off if some people were not allowed to exist.

Civil Rights- I believe in racial and gender equality. What I do not believe in are "affirmative action" preferences which nullify the spirit of competition, which is the soul of our social and economic fabric. To narrow it down a little bit, I believe that the rights outlined in the US Constitution are by Americans, for Americans. "We the People of the United States..." did not apply to the new world order. If other nations choose to mimic our system, great.

Corporations- these are what you call double edged swords. They are the backbone of our economy, yet they can be as oppressive to the people as any elected body. Let them make their money without penalizing them for their success, and CHECK them hard if they harm our people including their workers, and communities.

Crime- "Do the crime, do the time" sounds very poetic, but let's have a reality check here. Our prisons are over crowded. Place criminals that actually harm society into them. Do not place someone into prison because they forgot to dot their i and cross their t on some regulatory form. Make room for the murderers, drug DEALERS and MANUFACTURERS, pedophiles, robbers, rapists, drunk drivers, etc... Dispose of Capital Murderers in the most efficient manner.

Education- Teach the kids the "three r's", but refrain from rewriting history to suit special interest groups. Too much government micro-management has been been a disaster. If someone exercises their right to place their child into a private school, do not charge the same person for the upkeep of a government school that he or she does not utilize. Teach other languages, but do not waste money on bilingual education. Make the school districts accountable for their spending. A football coach should not have 4 sports cars from his sign-on bonus, while an English teacher drives an '82 Escort.

Energy- The sooner we can get off our addiction to arab oil, the sooner they can become irrelevant to our foreign policy. This should be a priority.

Health Care-Remember the time when health care was affordable, and the insurance companies did not make actual medical decisions? Reverse every government and court action that has changed all this into its present state.

Immigration- If you are not a criminal, have a way to support yourself, and will contribute to our society, then I'll welcome you aboard after you jump through the same hoops my parents had to BEFORE they entered this country. These hoops will be in English. Sneak over, and I may shoot you. Oh, and no amnesty for illegal aliens too.

Social Security- When the money comes in, LEAVE IT ALONE. It is for Social Security.

Term Limits- Why would I want a professional politician making decisions that will effect my family and I? Do your first term. If you EARN a second term, continue to do a good job. After that, either go back to your actual occupation, or RETIRE.

National Defense- We'll leave you alone if you leave us alone. Attack us, and die.

Human Cloning- We can't even take care of people who were made the old fashioned way, beer, a fun night, and God's will. Why would we want to MAKE people?

Religion- We are "One nation under GOD." Let us pray to thank Him properly. And stop screwing up Christmas.

Now the problem:

How to match this with a Presidential Candidate. Right now, all the candidates fit into two categories. Close but no cigar, or No FREAKING WAY.

I'll settle for Close, But No Cigar.

Douche Of The Week 01.24.08

The Winner: Dr. Robin Motz

The Story

New York City Doctor Charged With Stealing 94-Year-Old Mother's Life Savings

NEW YORK —
A physician was charged Wednesday with stealing his 94-year-old mother's life savings of more than $800,000 and leaving her virtually impoverished.

"He took pretty much all that she had," Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau said Wednesday when he announced the indictment of Dr. Robin Motz. He said Motz' mother, Minnie, now lives on a small pension and Social Security.

Motz, 68, was accused of stealing $832,453 from his mother after taking control of her finances through a power of attorney in 2003.

Morgenthau said Motz spent the money on flat screen TVs and other luxuries, travel to the Bahamas, Mexico and Hong Kong, and on his vacation house in Hillsdale, N.Y.

"This is a mini-Astor case," Morgenthau said, referring to charges pending against Anthony Marshall, who is accused of massive thefts from his mother, society grande dame and philanthropist Brooke Astor.

Motz was arraigned in Manhattan's state Supreme Court where he pleaded not guilty to second-degree grand larceny and second-degree money laundering. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted on either count.

Motz' lawyer, Sean Dwyer, said his client "is devastated by this, but we're looking forward to the chance to defend him."

Justice John Cataldo released Motz on $200,000 cash bail and scheduled his next court date for Jan. 30.

Motz, who lives on the Upper East Side with his third wife, is an internist who practices in Englewood, N.J., and has admitting privileges at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan.

Minnie Motz, a retired librarian, was mentally alert but had some physical ailments, Morgenthau said. He said Motz told his mother he was using her power of attorney — the legal right to make decisions for her — to consolidate her bank accounts to aid him in paying her bills.

In early 2004, Morgenthau said, Motz moved his mother's investment accounts from Oppenheimer & Co. to Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. where he had an account. He depleted the accounts by paying his own $400,000 credit card bills, paying a contractor $200,000 for working on his vacation house, paying his racket club dues, and giving large cash gifts to his children.

Motz' mother learned of her financial predicament when her Upper West Side co-op levied a special assessment to cover the cost of rebuilding a retaining wall which had collapsed and she was unable to pay it.

With Minnie Motz facing eviction, the building's management called a social worker who contacted the district attorney's Elder Abuse Unit. That unit started an immediate investigation, Morgenthau said.

Robocop's Comment:

Ever hear the phrase "Honor thy Father and Mother"? Dr. Robin Motz obviously ignored that little Commandment, and committed Grand Larceny against his own mother. It is people like this that give the pro-choice movement a reason to exist. For all of the above, Dr. Robin Motz earns the title Douche Of The Week.

Prisoner's Moment Of Clarity

Prisoner Kills Cellmate for Stealing Snack Cake

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A man was sentenced to 25 to 65 years in prison Tuesday for killing a cellmate he suspected of stealing his snack cake.

Benny Rochelle, 19, was convicted of second-degree murder last month for the November 2006 death of 46-year-old Jose Estrada. Rochelle was in the Kent County jail on a drug-related charge when prosecutors say he discovered his Honey Bun snack cake was missing.

He dragged Estrada from the top bunk of his bed, sending him crashing headfirst onto the concrete floor of their jail cell.

Estrada died two days after leaving jail.

Robocop's Comment:

I bet that Offender Rochelle showed him. Before you give your money to prisoner advocacy groups, protest the way our prisons are run because they do not all feature premium cable channels for their inmates, or complain that the life of a convicted felon is too inconvenient, remember the type of person you cry for. A human life was taken over a honey bun. My sympathies to the Custody Officers who had to deal with the paperwork.

Traitor Alert 08-2

Accused Al Qaeda Operative Jose Padilla Gets 17 Years

MIAMI —
Convicted terrorism conspirator Jose Padilla, a U.S. citizen once accused of plotting with Al Qaeda to blow up a radioactive "dirty bomb" in a major city, was sentenced Tuesday to 17 years and four months in prison on charges that do not mention those initial allegations.

The sentence imposed by U.S. District Judge Marcia Cooke marks another step in the extraordinary personal and legal odyssey for the 37-year-old Muslim convert, a U.S. citizen who was held for 3 1/2 years as an enemy combatant after his 2002 arrest and the "dirty bomb" allegations. He had faced up to life in prison.

Cooke said she was giving Padilla some credit — over the objections of federal prosecutors — for his lengthy military detention at a Navy jail in South Carolina. She agreed with defense lawyers that Padilla was subjected to "harsh conditions" and "extreme environmental stresses" while there.

"I do find that the conditions were so harsh for Mr. Padilla ... they warrant consideration in the sentencing in this case," the judge said. However, he did not get credit for time served.

Padilla's lawyers claimed his treatment amounted to torture, which U.S. officials have repeatedly denied. His attorneys say he was forced to stand in painful stress positions, given LSD or other drugs as "truth serum," deprived of sleep and even a mattress for extended periods and subjected to loud noises, extreme heat and cold and noxious odors.

Cooke also imposed prison terms on two other men of Middle Eastern origin who were convicted of conspiracy and material support charges along with Padilla in August. The three were part of a North American support cell for Al Qaeda and other Islamic extremists around the world, prosecutors said.

But Cooke said that as serious as the conspiracy was, there was no evidence linking the men to specific acts of terrorism anywhere.

"There is no evidence that these defendants personally maimed, kidnapped or killed anyone in the United States or elsewhere," she said.

Padilla was added in 2005 to an existing Miami terrorism support case just as the U.S. Supreme Court was considering his challenge to President George W. Bush's decision to hold him in custody indefinitely without charge. The "dirty bomb" charges were quietly discarded and were never part of the criminal case.

Cooke sentenced Padilla's recruiter, 45-year-old Adham Amin Hassoun, to 15 years and eight months in prison and the third defendant, 46-year-old Kifah Wael Jayyousi, to 12 years and eight months. Jayyousi was a financier and propagandist for the cell that assisted Islamic extremists in Chechnya, Afghanistan, Somalia and elsewhere, according to trial testimony. Both also faced life in prison.

Padilla's mother, Estela Lebron, smiled at reporters in the courtroom when the sentence was announced. Outside the courthouse, she questioned whether the Bush administration had misplaced its priorities in prosecuting her son. She also voiced relief that he did not get the maximum sentence.

"I feel good about everything. This is amazing."

Attorneys for Hassoun and Jayyousi were also gratified, but repeated that they will appeal their convictions and sentences, as will Padilla.

"It is definitely a defeat for the government," said Hassoun lawyer Jeanne Baker.

"The government has not made America any safer ... It has just made America less free," said William Swor, who represents Jayyousi.

The U.S. Justice Department issued a short statement praising the efforts of prosecutors and investigators involved in the long-running case.

"Thanks to their efforts, the defendants' North American support cell has been dismantled and can no longer send money and jihadist recruits to conflicts overseas," said Kenneth L. Wainstein, assistant attorney general for national security.

The men were convicted after a three-month trial based on tens of thousands of FBI telephone intercepts collected over an eight-year investigation and a form Padilla filled out in 2000 to attend an Al Qaeda training camp in Afghanistan.

Padilla, a former Chicago gang member with a long criminal record, converted to Islam in prison and was recruited by Hassoun while attending a mosque in the suburban Miami city of Sunrise.

Padilla sought a sentence of no more than 10 years. Hassoun asked for 15 years or less and Jayyousi for no more than five years.

Padilla's arrest was initially portrayed by the Bush administration as an important victory in the months immediately after the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, and later was seen as a symbol of the administration's zeal to prevent homegrown terrorism. Prosecutors repeatedly invoked Al Qaeda and Usama bin Laden in the criminal case

Civil liberties groups and Padilla's lawyers called his detention unconstitutional for someone born in the United States and contended that he was only charged criminally because the U.S. Supreme Court appeared poised to order him either charged or released.

Jurors in the criminal case never heard Padilla's full history, which according to U.S. officials included a graduation from the Al Qaeda terror camp, a plot to detonate the "dirty bomb" and a plot to fill apartments with natural gas and blow them up. Much of what Padilla supposedly told interrogators during his long detention as an enemy combatant could not be used in court because he had no access to a lawyer and was not read his constitutional rights.

Padilla's lawyers argued for a lenient sentence, in part because of his minor role in the conspiracy that was the subject of last year's trial and because of claims that he was mistreated and tortured while he was held at the Navy brig. U.S. officials denied those claims repeatedly.

Attorneys for Hassoun and Jayyousi argued that any assistance they provided overseas was for peaceful purposes and to help persecuted Muslims in violent countries. But FBI agents testified that their charitable work was a cover for violent jihad, which they frequently discussed in code using words such as "tourism" and "football."

Robocop's Comments:

If civil liberties groups and lawyers placed as much energy fighting for the rights of those threatened by the yoke of Islam, this war would have been over before it started.

Jose Padilla is nothing but a criminal thug who went from one gang into a more dangerous one. His sentence was light for someone who is guilty of treason. He should be placed into a blast proof room, with a live dirty bomb, and endure its detonation.

Iran-The Movie Critic

Iran Warns Netherlands Not to Air Controversial 'Anti-Muslim' Film

A senior Iranian lawmaker warned the Netherlands on Monday not to allow the screening of what it called an anti-Islamic film produced by Dutch politician, claiming it "reflects insulting views about the Holy Koran."

Alaeddin Boroujerdi, head of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, promised widespread protests and a review of Iran's relationship with the Netherlands if Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders' work is shown.

"If Holland will allow the broadcast of this movie, the Iranian parliament will request to reconsider our relationship with it," Boroujerdi said, according to IRNA, the official Iranian news agency. "In Iran, insulting Islam is a very sensitive matter and if the movie is broadcasted it will arouse a wave of popular hate that will be directed towards any government that insults Islam.

Wilders calls his 10-minute film "a call to shake off the creeping tyranny of Islamicization, " and said it could air as early as this week on Dutch television.

"People who watch the movie will see that the Koran is very much alive today, leading to the destruction of everything we in the Western world stand for, which is respect and tolerance," Wilders, the 41-year-old leader of the right-wing Party for Freedom, said last month in a telephone interview with FOXNews.com.

"The tsunami of Islamicization is coming to Europe. We should come to be far stronger."

Like other European countries, the Netherlands is struggling to cope with an influx of Muslim immigrants, and the newcomers are often relegated to working at low-paying jobs and living in high-crime ghettos. Though the Dutch boast of their culture of tolerance, tensions have been high, with some blaming rising unemployment and crime on newcomers from Muslim countries like Turkey, Morocco and Somalia.

In the late 1990s, political leaders like Pim Fortuyn, Somalian-born writer Ayaan Hirsi Ali and outspoken filmmaker Theo van Gogh seemed to tap into a growing well of resentment against Muslims and criticism of Islam.

In 2002, tensions broke into outright murder when Fortuyn was shot by an animal rights activist who told the judge in the case that he was acting on behalf of the country's Muslims. Two years later, van Gogh was shot, stabbed and nearly decapitated on an Amsterdam street by Mohammed Bouyeri, a Muslim and a Dutch citizen of Moroccan descent.

Van Gogh, with Hirsi Ali, had recently made the film "Submission," a 10-minute movie that the two said depicted the abuse of women in Islamic cultures. After van Gogh's murder, the Dutch government placed public figures known for their anti-Muslim stances in safehouses.

Among them was Wilders.

He hasn't been out of government protection since, a situation he said "I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy," and his views on Islam have only hardened.

Five months ago, he called for the Koran to be outlawed in the Netherlands.

"I believe our culture is much better than the retarded Islamic cultures," he told FOXNews.com. "Ninety-nine percent of the intolerance in the world comes back to the Islamic religion and the Koran."

Though he refuses to claim the mantle of van Gogh's successor, Wilders clearly sees himself as continuing the controversial filmmaker's work. He acknowledges the similarities between "Submission" and his own 10-minute work.

"I have so much respect for van Gogh's movie, aimed at one part of the Koran, women's bodies, one very bad part of the Koran," Wilders said. "I will use not only that theme but many others. Of course at the end it is a different movie."

Though Wilders has remained steadfastly vague about the specific contents of his movie, saying he wants to maximize the "moment of the broadcast itself," he added that it will include "images and parts of real-time movies that really happen in the Netherlands and the U.K. and the Middle East, the intolerance of the Koran that is still alive and vivid today."

Wilders, raised Catholic but long an atheist, said he's working with professors who are experts on the Koran and Islamic culture, professional filmmakers and scriptwriters to complete his film, which he hopes to broadcast this week on "Nova," a popular news program on Dutch public television. If "Nova" refuses to air the program, he said, he will broadcast the movie using the air time his political party is guaranteed by the government.

The Dutch government, which is protecting Wilders, has publicly warned him about the potential for violence at the completion of his film and has expressed concern over his personal safety. The government is also concerned about peace within the country and interests abroad. In 2005, cartoons printed in a Danish newspaper led to Danish embassies being set on fire, multi-million-dollar anti-Danish consumer boycotts in the Middle East, and hundreds of deaths in riots across the Muslim world.

"The government is taking the announcement of this movie quite seriously," said Floris van Hovell, a spokesman for the Dutch Embassy in Washington, D.C. "Obviously, because the movie hasn't been made, we cannot say anything about the movie until the movie has been shown, but the message Mr. Wilders has told us he wants to portray is disturbing."

Asked if the government plans to beef up security, Van Hovell last month said the government is making a concerted effort to reach out to the Muslim community in the Netherlands and the larger Muslim world.

"We're explaining that in the Netherlands you have freedom of expression, and that at the same time the Dutch government is very concerned about the message Mr. Wilders supposedly wants to portray in his movie," van Hovell said.

Robocop's Comment:

It amazes me how sensitive Iran can be. After all, they elected a president who either denies, or supports the Holocaust. They support terrorists who murder women and children. They take an already evil religion, and make it, well, more evil. My sympathy level for the Islamic Republic Of Iran, and its hurt feelings because of a movie that probably tells the truth, is low to none. Iran, it sucks to be you.

Douche Of The Week 01.11.08

First, please post a vote for 2007's Douche Of The Year.

Now this week's Douche Award goes to a not too recent offender.

Imagine a woman getting raped. Imagine a suspect caught. Imagine a trial were the victim is NOT allowed to use the words rape, sexual assault, sexual assault kit, defendant, ect..., but was allowed to use the words sexual intercourse, and sex? This would confuse any jury, and it did.

The location is Lancaster County, Nebraska. The judge who imposed these restrictions, thereby stacking the case on behalf of Mister Rapist is Judge Jeffre Cheuvront. This really happened.

For being a prime example of judicial legislation, protecting a rapist, and denying a victim justice, Judge Jeffre Cheuvront is this week's "Douche Of The Week."

Douche Of The Week 01.03.08

This year is going quick to be posting a Douche of The Week already, but as the song says: "Time Marches On."

Quick reminder: Please look at the Douche Of The Year voting post. We need to pick the worse of 2007.

Now for this year's first "Douche Of The Week."

Yaser Abdel Said
is an Egyptian immigrant who did not assimilate himself into American culture too well.

Father May Have Killed Daughters For 'Honor'

IRVING, Texas -- A Dallas-area father may have shot his two teenage daughters to death because their Westernized clothes and behavior brought him shame, family members say.

Police are still looking for 50-year-old Yaser Said of Lewisville. Tuesday night they found his abandonded taxicab parked near an Irving hotel with his two daughters murdered in the back seat.

Investigators say either Sarah Yaser Said, 17, or Amina Yaser Said, 18, called 911 around 7:30 p.m., saying she had been shot, but could not identify her location. Police were able to trace the call to a general location, but found nothing.

An hour later, someone reported a suspicious vehicle near the Omni Mandalay hotel in Las Colinas, which turned out to be the taxi.

FOX 4 spoke with two of Said's family members who want to remain anonymous. They say Sarah and Amina dressed in Western clothes and listened to pop music. They described Said as angry with his daughters for not acting like proper Muslim girls.

Though police have not named the motive, in some Muslim countries fathers kill their children if they feel their honor has been ruined.

"It has a lot to do with the culture, and nothing to do with the faith," said Azhar Aziz of the ISNA. He admits that American popular culture often clashes with Islamic values, and says local leaders have campaigned against violence it sometimes spawns.

"The right way to address this issue is to educate people, to talk to people," said Aziz. "But to take the law into your own hands is not justified at all."

American clothes, music, MySpace pages-- all of these can cause conflict between parents who want to maintain values and children who want to fit in with friends.

Said was described by neighbors as a quiet man from Egypt. They were stunned to learn police had a capital murder arrest warrant in his name.

Police thought he was hiding in his house in Lewisville on Wednesday morning, and swarms of officers in SWAT uniforms surrounded the place. After bombing the place with tear gas and having snipers on alert for about five hours, officers discovered the house was empty.

Yaser Abdel Said is 6' 2", about 180 pounds, wearing a black turtleneck, brown coat and tan pants. Police say he's armed with a handgun and should be considered extremely dangerous.

The mother and brother of the two girls were apparently not involved, and were uninjured, police say.

Robocop's Comment:

Many American parents clash with their children all of the time over dating concerns. We just don't kill our kids over it. There were an estimated 5,000 "honor killings" committed in the world last year. This is bad parenting.

Yaser Abdel Said earns the title "Douche Of The Week" for a few reasons:

>He failed to adjust himself into American culture, thus giving him a self justification for murdering his daughters.

>In the spirit of multiculturalism, he brought more bullshit values into our country to worry about.

>He was a heathen.

The good news:

>He will face "the needle", this is Texas after all;

>He chose not to blow himself up in a shopping mall, or something like that.

Congrats Yaser Abdel Said, you are the first Douche Of The Week for 2008!
